About me

I’m An La, a Ms/PhD student at UMass Amherst/Theory Group. I’m working under the supervision of Dr. Hung Le mainly on computational geometry and dynamic data structures. I’m also interested in online algorithms with machine learning advice.

Previously, I worked as a data scientist in companies (FPT Telecom, FPT Group, VN, and PrimeData, VN) on recommender systems and algorithmic marketing problems. I earned my B.S. degree in Information Technology (honors program) from Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, University of Science (VNU-HCMUS).
